(1940) Gracie

Gracie is a lovely unknown British bear made in 1940. She has a fair covering of mohair with some patchy, bare areas. Her bare fabric is marked in places. Her front seam has been restitched and she has a small repair to the back of her right wrist, but it is not very noticeable. Her felt paw pads and one of her foot pads all have repairs.  She still has her original nose, mouth and claw stitching. She has a few tiny holes dotted about her and a small old repair at the seam of her right leg near her foot. She measures 18 inches long and is entirely wood wool filled. Overall Gracie is a beautiful bear. She has such elegance about her. She has the most wonderful long arms and her face is gorgeous. She does show her 100 years but she is still a sturdy ted and is a very loveable character
