Sold (1920) English Baron Tweed.£195
Wonderful antique, English teddy bear. (Bought as a Bing) Dating circa 1920. No tag. He has a large hump large pointed shaved muzzle and long arms. His fur is very good apart from his face that would have been shaved. There is wear to his arms but on the whole his mohair is good with a large covering. He is wood wool filled with original eyes with painted backs. There is a non working growler.
He has seams up the back of his legs and is dressed in a tailored tweed outfit. Very much the Lord of the Manor. A magnificent Bear
