(1920) Gentleman Bing.
Gentleman Bing is a big 46/48cm (19 ins) Bing bear with a wonderfully cheeky, gentle, grand-fatherly face. He has the typical large ears, and clipped snout of a 1920’s Bing and retains his original glass eyes. I believe his nose may have been re-stitched. He has great mohair coverage all over; his pads and paws have been professionally restored with the original felt retained.
The old boy is woodwool stuffed and has a large tilt growler no longer working, but his joints are sound. His legs are seamed at the back. A cracking chap.
