(1929) Farnell's Alpha Toys Label
1929: The wording was updated to "Farnell’s Alpha Toys Made in England" (possessive "Farnell's" and plural "Toys").
This version was famously used on their innovative "Silkalite" artificial silk plush bears introduced that same year.
Both of these early embroidered versions were eventually replaced by a printed, less expensive cloth tag in 1945 that read "A Farnell Alpha Hygienic Soft Toy"
Blue embroidery on White usually stitched to left foot
