This antique small teddy bear is 4 and a half inches with an adorable face, tiny brown eyes and black stitching. He has jointed limbs but a fixed head. Many of these Good Luck mascot bears were made by services wives for their husbands to take to war. He has German written on his neck ribbon. His tag says “Good Luck and was stamped Oak Bluff Mass and the stamp is still there. He is missing a little mohair and a rare little chap
