’Ermintrude’ an early Chad Valley teddy bear 1915-20, with blonde mohair, orange and black glass eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, remains of black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed limbs, slight rounded hump, inoperative squeaker, solidly stuffed with cork and white cotton robe —15 1/2in. (39.5cm.) high (bald spots to top of head, pads and nose stitching replaced, slight general wear)
