Pintel (1930 )Tag

"Pintel" on his trike was made by the French company Pintel. His tag round his neck says "je m'appelle Pintel TSVP" (I am called Pintel, please turn me over" There is nothing on the back of the tag. Pintel made bears on wheels between 1927-1930. Although this bear has features which suggest it could be later.
