(1940) Wilfred
Wilfred is a lovely British bear made around the 1940s. He has a good covering of mohair but he does have a few patchy, bare areas. Wilfred had been packed tightly and stored away for along time. His glass eyes are original. His rexine pads have a few areas of wear but over all are in good condition. There is no evidence of stitching. He has an old repair to the top of his right arm. He has a kapok filled body with a mixture of kapok and wood wool in his head, a clunky non working tilt growler in his tummy and measures 15 inches long. Wilfred is a great character a very loveable old boy.
